How we work:
Step 1: Build Your Foundation
In order to create lasting change, we need to build a strong foundation. We will get crystal clear on what your core values AND your personal strengths are as well as how they are driving your behavior.
Step 2: Define Your Vision
What do you really want in life? What is important to you? What inspires you? Are you clear in your desires? It is easy to say that you are unhappy with the way things are, with saying what you don’t want. How often do you define what you DO want?
Step 3: Set Your Goals
Establish some clear, well-defined goals to get you where you want to go. Once you are clear on what you really want, only then can we create some goals that really resonate with you.
Step 4: Action!
Once you have a strong foundation from which to build your vision and set clear, realistic goals, its GO time! And I will be right there with you, reviewing and revising your action steps along the way to ensure long-term success.
- Empowerment exercises – It is time to get aligned with why you CAN do this. We will eliminate any blocks that you have that are preventing you from getting where you want to go. Negative self-talk? Gone. Excuses why you CAN’T? Let’s wipe them out.
- Motivation and Accountability – Here is where having a coach really makes a difference. Isn’t it awesome to have someone to check in with regularly to discuss issues that you may have had and how you can overcome them? Or hey, maybe you need that support to cheer you on when you are doing well.
